Longboat Key, Florida is a quick 15-minute drive from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which has many flight options through Southwest, United, Delta, and American Airlines. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available to transport you to and from your hotel.

Guests can also consider flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) for additional flight times/airlines. TPA is about an hour-and-15-minute drive to Longboat Key, Florida.

We have a block of rooms reserved at preferred rates at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, where all of our wedding weekend events will be held. The Resort is located on 410 acres of a secluded barrier island and features legendary golf courses, a full-service spa, award-winning tennis gardens, and a serene stretch of beach.

All reservations must be made by December 15, 2024. However, our wedding falls on a three-day weekend, so the hotel encourages guests to make their reservations as early as possible.

For our guests staying at the Cirque St. Armands Circle, trolleys to The Resort at Longboat Key Club will be provided on Saturday to our ceremony, reception, and back to your hotel at the end of the evening. Guests staying at the Cirque and wishing to attend Friday's Welcome Party or Sunday's Brunch will be able to catch a short 10-minute Uber or Lyft to The Resort at Longboat Key Club.

If you are staying at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, trolleys will shuttle you to our reception after the ceremony concludes, and will bring you back to the main resort at the end of the evening.
